The O362SM4 is a passive double-balanced mixer that does not require external DC bias. The local/RF frequency range covers 2.0 to 6.0 GHz, the IF frequency covers DC to 3.0 GHz, and the in-band conversion loss is less than 9 dB. The temperature performance is stable. Mixer uses 4x4mm surface-mount cermet shell, fully sealed, the bottom surface needs a large area of ground, suitable for reflow installation process, the lead needs manual welding.

The O362SM4M is a GaAs passive double-balanced mixer that does not require external DC bias. The local/RF frequency range covers 2.5 to 8 GHz, the IF frequency covers DC to 3 GHz, and the in-band conversion loss is less than 10 dB. The temperature performance is stable. The mixer uses a 4x4mm surface-mount non-leaded ceramic package to achieve hermetic encapsulation. The surface of the pin pad is gold-plated and suitable for reflow soldering processes.
