The O339 is a debugging phase shifter chip, especially in T/R multi-channel components. In order to ensure the phase consistency between channels, phase adjustment is sometimes needed. The chip's operating frequency covers the X-band and provides ±10,O±20O,4 phase selections throughout the operating frequency range. O339 has a high phase-shifting accuracy, and the amplitude of all phase-shifted states fluctuate by ±0.1dB.
In the application frequency band, the input and output ports are matched to 50 ohm and have excellent input and output standing waves. The chip uses on-chip via metallization process to ensure a good grounding, no additional grounding measures, easy to use. The backside of the chip is metallized and suitable for eutectic sintering or conductive adhesive bonding processes.
