Integrated Mixer O368SM4M
The O368SM4M is a GaAs passive double-balanced mixer that does not require external DC bias. The local/RF frequency range covers 3.5 to 7 GHz, the IF frequency covers DC to 3 GHz, the in-band conversion loss is less than 10 dB, and the temperature performance is stable.
The mixer uses a 4x4mm surface-mount non-leaded ceramic package to achieve hermetic encapsulation. The surface of the pin pad is gold-plated and suitable for reflow soldering processes.

O372FN5 is a GaAs passive double-balanced mixer, which does not require external DC bias. The LO/RF frequency range covers 10~20GHz, the IF frequency covers DC-6GHz, the in-band conversion loss is less than 9dB, and the temperature performance is stable.
The amplifier uses a 5x5mm surface-mount non-leaded ceramic package, hermetically sealed, and is suitable for reflow soldering installations.
