Integrated Mixer O357SM4M
The O357SM4M is a GaAs passive double-balanced mixer that does not require external DC bias. The LO/RF frequency range covers 7 to 17 GHz, the IF frequency covers DC to 6 GHz, and the in-band conversion loss is less than 10 dB.
The temperature performance is stable. The mixer uses a 4x4mm surface-mount non-leaded ceramic package to achieve hermetic encapsulation. The surface of the pin pad is gold-plated and suitable for reflow soldering processes.
